When you fill in the contact form on this website, we process the following data: full name, company name, business email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and the content of your message.

We process this data to respond to your enquiry and to manage the resulting business contact. The legal basis for processing is your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by completing and submitting the form.

Data submitted through the form is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, or for the duration of any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We use an email delivery provider to forward messages submitted through the form, and Google Maps to display our office location. These providers may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, Hungary) or seek judicial remedy.
